He Is The Best Substatute Soul Reaper. He Someday Might Become A Original substatute soul Reaper Himself. He And Rukia Like Each Other And Wont Want To Admit It.Ichigo is the main character of Bleach. He is 15-years-old and looks like a mean teenager with his eyebrows furrowed and his mouth always in a scowl. However, looks can be are deceiving, especially in Ichigo's case, as behind that rough exterior is a kind-hearted person who cares for his friends, family, and all of humanity.
Ichigo lives with his father, Isshin Kurosaki, and sisters, Yuzu and Karin Kurosaki. His mother, whom he loved very much, was killed by a Hollow when he was younger. His father, who is very much alive, runs a small medical clinic in their house, and constantly fights with Ichigo. His father often lands surprise attacks on Ichigo and claims that Ichigo should always be alert. In the end though, Ichigo always wins.
Ichigo, a stand out because of his orange hair, is usually involved in many fights with the upperclassmen in his school because of his looks. Ichigo claims that he does not care what others think about his hair, or anything else in general, and does stuff the way he wants it to be done. He also has an exceptional ability - to be able to see and communicate with ghosts. As a matter of fact, his whole family has some degree of spiritual power. Of the children, Ichigo has the highest amount of spiritual power. He is given the powers of a Shinigami by Rukia Kuchki one day in order to save himself and his family and since than has been fighting Hollow and other types of paranormal beings to protect humans and those who cannot defend themselves.
Hollow Ichigo
![](/uploads/7/4/4/7/744737/4644204.jpg)
He Is Inner Ichigo And A Half Hollow. He Claims To Be Zangetsu And Has The Same Things As Ichigo But Exept For The Color.
Ichigo's spiritual powers are not limited to just Soul Reaper abilities; he possesses hollow powers as a result of his training with Kisuke Urahara. While attempting to recover his Soul Reaper powers, Ichigo began transforming into a hollow from the corrosion of his severed soul chain. Ichigo succeeds in awakening his Soul Reaper powers, but retains his hollow spirit inside himself from the transformation. The title page of chapter 220 depicts the inner hollow with the mirror writing of Ichigo's name.
Ichigo's hollow spirit is his evil alter ego. The spirit is pretentious and mocks his counterpart's inability in a sneering, didactic fashion whenever the chance arises. He relishes the idea of taking Ichigo's strength for himself, and claims to be the manifestation of Ichigo's instinctive lust for battle and the next kill. Unlike Ichigo, the hollow fights like a berserker, and is able to ignore any injuries Ichigo has previously sustained along with considerable increases to his speed and strength.
\
At different points in the series, Ichigo's hollow powers have manifested themselves in different ways. Initially, Ichigo's hollow mask would appear on his body to block fatal blows, unbeknownst to Ichigo until the fight ends. During his battle with Byakuya Kuchiki, half of the mask appeared on his face when Byakuya was about to get the finishing blow, allowing his inner hollow to take over until Ichigo suppressed it. The same event is repeated multiple times after that, first indication of which being Ichigo's left eye gradually blackening, as the hollow takes control. While suppressing his inner hollow, Ichigo is left effectively paralyzed, since his concentration was focused on suppressing it rather than fighting. The hollow claims that it manifests itself to protect Ichigo during near death moments because it is connected to Ichigo, and it would be a great inconvenience to the hollow if Ichigo was to die.
While he was in training with the vizard, Ichigo's soul was completely overcome by his inner hollow for a short period, causing him to physically transform into a hollow. His hollow form resembles a large, humanoid lizard. In this form, Ichigo demonstrated several high-level abilities, including high speed regeneration, enhancement of limbs, and the ability to fire cero blasts from his fingers. However, this form didn't last long as Ichigo emerged from the hollow shell as his standard Soul Reaper self wearing a hollow mask.
After training with the vizard and subjugating his inner hollow, Ichigo can use his hollow mask while retaining his personality, but could originally only wear it for eleven seconds at a time. His limit increases during his third battle with Grimmjow Jeagerjaques, but to what extent is unclear. His overall limit is barely a fraction of the amount other vizard can maintain their masks. After the time limit, the mask breaks and Ichigo loses its benefits. Subsequent attempts to use the mask can only be maintained for an instant. While wearing the mask, Ichigo's hollow powers supplement his Soul Reaper powers, giving him a vast increase in both strength and speed
RUKIA
![](/uploads/7/4/4/7/744737/3475513.jpg)
She Is A Female Soul Reaper And Very Strong. She Journeys To The World Of Living And She Makes New Friends Along The Way. Rukia is the first real Shinigami that Ichigo ever encountered. In her search of a Hollow, Rukia runs into Ichigo, who to her surprise, can see her. As Rukia is explaining the situation to Ichigo, a Hollow appears, and in order to save both Ichigo, and his family she transfers her Shinigami powers to him. Rukia, now powerless to defeat Hollows, begins to coach Ichigo on how to defeat Hollows. As a cover up, she begins to attend Ichigo's school, and immediately everyone likes her. Rukia becomes very attached to the Human world, and develops feelings for Ichigo. Eventually though, she is captured by her brother, Byakuya, in order to kill her for the crime she committed (which was giving her powers to a Human). Eventually she is saved by Ichigo and his friends from school.
HITSUGAYA

Hitsugaya (Pronownced Ichi-Gawa)Is A Captain. He Is 14 Years Old And Has A Ice Bankai. He Is A Strong Captain But Not The Strongest.Hitsugaya Toushiro is the youngest in person to have become a captain in Soul Society. He is called a "boy genius" by many. Hitsugaya is generally mature and serious, in contrast to his free-spirited vice captain, Rangiku Matsumoto. Despite their philosophical differences, they seem to be very close. He is, however, easily annoyed when anyonees refers to him by anything other than his title, Captain Hitsugaya. His long time friend, Hinamori has gotten away with "Hitsugaya-kun", and both she and Captain Ukitake have occasionally called him "Whitey-chan" (refering to his hair). He is also overly protective of Hinamori, although she was once like an older sister to him.
During his fight with Ichimaru Gin, Ichimaru remarks that Hitsugaya is the embodiment of the heavenly guardian that is born into Soul Society every few centuries. This may explain his extra-ordinarily rapid growth and why he is a respected captain despite his age. Alternately, Gin may have been speaking sarcastically, saying that Hitsugaya did not seem to live up to his title as he was easily defeated despite using his Bankai.
GRIMMJOW
![](/uploads/7/4/4/7/744737/7512576.jpg)
He Is The Leader Of The Arrancar And Is Strong. He Faced Ichigo And Lost. He Sent Ulquiora Away. I Have Not Much Information About Grimmjow. Grimmjow has light blue hair and eyes, which have blue/green lines below them similar to the eye markings on the Panthera genus of cats as well as the red marks on Ikkaku Madarame's eyes. Grimmjow's attire consists of a white hakama and a black sash; his white jacket is ragged with an upturned collar. The inner lining is black, the sleeves are rolled up, and Grimmjow wears it open, leaving his chest revealed. The remains of his hollow mask consist of the right jawbone, and his hollow hole has moved to his abdomen.
Grimmjow appears to be a laid back and irreverent individual at first glance, but this scruffy exterior hides an impulsive, excessively violent personality and a lethally short temper. Grimmjow is blunt, rude, and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin whenever he becomes excited, much like Kenpachi Zaraki. Grimmjow has little respect for authority and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate. This attitude leads to conflicts with Kaname Tōsen, who holds Grimmjow in the same low regard as he did Zaraki. He also has conflicts with Ulquiorra Schiffer, the 4th Espada, usually because Ulquiorra interrupts his battles or doesn't act on his own impulses. He has also developed a grudge against Ichigo Kurosaki for wounding him during their first and second fights, and is eager to return the favor. He purposefully kept the large scar on his chest from their first battle as a reminder of this.
Grimmjow is the sixth Espada in Sōsuke Aizen's army of arrancar, meaning he is ranked sixth in terms of strength. Grimmjow was the first character to be revealed as an Espada in the series. A crooked number 6 is tattooed on his back just above and to the right of his hollow hole. Aizen personally marks the Espada, the ten most powerful of his arrancar, with such tattoos as visible marks of their rank and ability. After Kaname Tōsen cuts off and burns his arm, Grimmjow is demoted and quickly replaced by Luppi, much to his annoyance. After Orihime Inoue heals his arm, he brutally butchers Luppi to regain his rank, impaling him on his newly restored arm and then vaporizing Luppi's torso with a cero blast.
Grimmjow is a very rude and disrespectful character. He uses none of the honorifics in the Japanese language, except when addressing Aizen (though he is quick to discard the formality when Aizen is not around), and refers to Orihime as woman in conversation. However, he does appear to have some sort of a code of honor, as he is unwilling to fight an injured Ichigo, bringing Orihime to heal him beforehand so their battle will be a fair one. He also saves Orihime from two female arrancar beating her to repay the debt of restoring his arm, though he does ask another favor from her in return (which was to heal Ichigo so that they can fight on equal ground). Despite his aggression and obvious bloodlust in battle he possesses a feral cunning and has a knack for quickly exploiting any opening his opponent reveals.
Grimmjow's character design draws heavily from Gamma Akutabi, a character in Tite Kubo's earlier manga, Zombie Powder. Gamma has prosthetics in the same area where Grimmjow has his remnant hollow mask. They both share a missing arm, although both on different sides. Grimmjow's released form makes the resemblance even more apparent with similar long spiky hair. The two have also been identically posed for volume covers.
ULQUIORRA
![](/uploads/7/4/4/7/744737/2243093.bmp)
He Is An Arrancar Member And He Is The One Who Killed Ichigo. But Grimmjow Revives Ichigo To Fight Him. Ulquiorra is a male arrancar with a melancholic appearance and has green eyes with slit pupils. He has cyan lines descending from his eyes, making it appear as if he is crying, and is almost always frowning. He wears typical arrancar clothes: a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama; however, his jacket has longer coat-tails than others. Like most other arrancar, he possesses remnants of his former life as a hollow in his appearance. In his first appearance, Ulquiorra's hollow hole is positioned at the base of his neck, but when Ichigo encounters Ulquiorra in Las Noches, it has been moved onto his chest. The remainder of his hollow mask lies on top of his head, forming a broken helmet, much like that of the example silhouette of a vasto lorde. His Espada number, four, signifying his rank amongst the Espada and level of power, is tattooed on the left side of his chest.
Ulquiorra is a very cold and callous figure, hitting his comrade Yammy in the stomach with his arm on one occasion in an effort to get his attention. Furthermore, he displays extreme disinterest in the greater portion of his battle, tending to keep his hands in his pockets while he fights. He also deems anyone he does not find of particular interest to be "trash" and therefore expendable. As noted by Grimmjow Jeagerjaques, Ulquiorra has a habit of stabbing people in the same location as his hollow hole whenever he's particularly interested in a battle. Whether he is consciously aware of this habit or not is unknown.
Ulquiorra is also analytical; during his and Yammy's first visit to the human world, he makes several remarks on the humans who confront them. He theorizes that Orihime Inoue's healing power is a temporal-spatial ability, which Aizen describes as the rejection of fate, and comments on how Ichigo Kurosaki's bankai can easily get through Yammy's defenses. He also notes Ichigo's power fluctuation, which varies between very weak to stronger than his own.
It would appear that Ulquiorra and Grimmjow, the 6th Espada, are not on good terms. While Ulquiorra allowed Yammy to kill anyone he deemed as "trash", which included Ichigo, Ulquiorra allowed him to live based on his belief that Ichigo's power was so turbulent that eventually he would destroy himself. Grimmjow's conflicting viewpoint was that Ichigo should have been destroyed outright, as he could overcome his weakness and grow even stronger. Despite Grimmjow's argument, Aizen trusted Ulquiorra's judgement.
